Customer FIRST! Programme Manager
B&H Worldwide will soon be launching their new Customer FIRST! Programme and are looking for a strong customer focused manager to lead on this exciting initiative.
The successful applicant will be responsible for championing the transformation of the corporate culture at B&H from its current position to a future culture where the customer is front and centre.
The Customer FIRST! Programme Manager will be responsible for monitoring, measuring and improving the quality of service provided to customers globally to ensure they are up to acceptable standards and meet the expectations and requirements of our customers.
A large focus of the position will be to develop and deliver soft skills training to customer facing staff, this will include shadowing the staff to gain an understanding of the issues and 121 and group training.
The Customer FIRST! Programme Manager will develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a satisfied customer base as well as handling complex customer issues and coming up with effective solutions.
The successful applicant will also create Customer Care Ambassadors throughout the B&H Group, follow up with customers to ensure they receive optimal service and provide our customers with updates on service developments.
This is an exciting new role within B&H Worldwide and we are looking for a candidate who has experience at manager level within customer care, has developed and implemented new procedures and can strategically lead the Global business within the Customer FIRST! initiative.
You will have a passion for customer care, an ability to motivate others and excellent problem-solving skills.
