Conditions Full time M-F (40 hours)
The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for creating and managing relationships in line with the Channel Sales targets and objectives whilst ensuring that customer service and the relationships with customers is maintained to a first-class standard.
Main Role Accountabilities
Responsible for the day-to-day relationship management of channel partners.Act as a liaison between B&H Worldwide and assigned channel partners.
Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current channel partners.
Identifies new partners with similar service offerings to develop joint revenue achievement.
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partners.
Coordinate the involvement of B&H Worldwide management to meet partner performance objectives and partner expectations.
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives from partner accounts.
Manage B&H Worldwide /channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between the channel and B&H Worldwide teams.
Create Channel Partner agreements.
Ensures partner compliance with Channel Partner agreements.
Participate in a partner sales requests that develops mutual financial results.
Present monthly channel partner report to the Exec Team
Key skills & Attributes
Track record of driving channel sales with outstanding results
Strong personal network within the global freight forwarding industry.
Result driven & highly motivated.
Ability to generate and close brand-new business opportunities.
Good knowledge of Industry Standards – ISO 9001, AS9100
Qualifications & Experience
