Sales Development Representative (REF: BHSDR0421)
Title Sales Development Representative
Conditions Full time M-F (40 hours)
The Sales Development Representative is responsible for growing revenue with new customers, outreach to dormant customer accounts who have not traded with B&H in the last twelve months, lead generation research and outbound sales prospecting.
Main Role Accountabilities
Lead Generation, Lead Qualification and Conversion
Manage South East Asia CRM database of leads to be qualified.
= Engage current customers to expand awareness, educate, request referrals and gather market intel.
= Research new companies entering the market.
= Reach out to prospects via email, telephone, WhatsApp, networks, events and social media to generate pipeline of leads for South East Asia
= Work across Sales and Operations Teams to assist with development of scalable products.
Quotation and management pricing management
= Analyze quotes for non-converted work for opportunities for product improvement
= Onboard new customers rates with Operations to company ERP
= Oversee onboarding quotes for any new prospects before hand over to Operations
= Log all incoming enquiries in CRM

Qualifications & Experience
= Have experience gathering supplier costs and producing quotes within the logistics industry through previous operational or inside sales positions
= A strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables. Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company
= Work pro-actively using own initiative
= Proven communication skills both written and verbal
